Returns, Terms & Conditions
The following terms and conditions will apply on confirmation of an order placed with nutty Heifer. This is your agreement of the following:
Personalised items are bespoke and cannot be cancelled once I have started making the piece.
All pendants are handmade by myself so please allow 3-4 weeks plus delivery from order to delivery. I do aim to turnaround orders as quickly as possible. Your order will be posted via Royal Mail second class recorded delivery. UK delivery only. Royal are seeming to take up to 12 days to deliver in some areas. If your order has not arrived within 14 days from dispatch please contact me via email.
I currently do not hallmark my pieces and only make items under the Hallmarking weight limit to comply with the Hallmarking regulations. The fine silver clay and sterling silver I use is of a very high quality and comes from a reputable supplier.
Other items can be cancelled at any point. I can only accept returns / refunds on personalised items if I have made an error or the item is faulty. When completing your order via email please carefully check the wording you require as I will engrave exactly as you have requested. For all other items I will accept returns / refunds with the right to reject within 14 days.
You the buyer are responsible for the return costs and I recommend returning items by recorded delivery. The item needs to be returned in the original packaging and condition.

My jewellery is not intended for young children.
